Blaise Yerly Director and Chairman
Blaise Yerly is Chairman of the board of directors of the Company. Since 1998, Mr. Yerly has acted as Managing Director of Minosucra LLC, formerly Triumph International Trading Ltd. Prior to 1998, he was Managing Director of BHSCH Trading Company B.V. He has various interests such as the distribution of earth moving equipment to the mining and construction industries in West Africa. He also has several investments in exploration mining companies.
Marc Henderson Director, President and CEO
Marc has over 20 years of industry experience. Much of this has been as CEO of publicly traded resource companies including Minefinders Corporation, where he was responsible for the acquisition of the multi-million ounce Dolores Gold Project in Mexico. He is also President and CEO of Laramide Resources Ltd. (TSX: LAM) and an independent director of Kinbauri Gold Corp. (TSX-V: KNB) and Lydian International Ltd. (TSX: LYD).
Martin Walter Director and Executive Vice President
Martin brings to the Company more than 15 years of mine operational and international mineral development experience. From 2001 to March 2006 he acted as Vice President of Exploration for Aquiline. Prior to 2001, Mr. Walter was a Senior Consulting Geologist at Ironbark International Limited, and prior to that was a Consulting Geologist with MPH Consultants. Martin is a director of Crown Point Ventures (TSX-V: CWV). Mr. Walter has a degree in geology from Ballarat University, Australia as well as an MBA from the University of Toronto.
John Sutherland Director
John is CFO and Vice President of Goldgroup Resources Inc., a Vancouver-based private gold exploration firm, and a specialist in corporate finance, resource and growth companies. He was CFO of Arequipa Resources leading up to its acquisition by Barrick Gold for $1.1 billion. He was also partner in a venture capital company specializing in worldwide marketing ventures and previous to that, Site Manager in building a $110 million gold mine in California. More recently, he was co-founder, Vice President and CFO of Tekion, Inc., a micro fuel cell developer, and was a key partner in its growth from 4 to 75 employees in under three years and raising US$18 million for this private company. Prior to Tekion, he was President and CEO of ASC AVCAN Systems Inc., and built the company into an international operation. He currently is a corporate Director of five public companies, one of which is listed on AMEX. Mr. Sutherland is a Certified General Accountant.
David Constable Director
David is a professional geologist with an MBA. He is currently Vice President - Investor Relations and Corporate Affairs for FNX Mining Inc. (TSX: FNX), a position he has held since 2002, except between November 2005 and July 2006 when he was Vice President - Investor Relations for Elko Energy Inc. Previously, Mr. Constable was Vice President - Investor Relations, Americas, of Normandy Mining Limited from 1997 until its acquisition by Newmont in 2002.
Harry Burgess Director
Harry is Vice President of Micon International Limited, a mining consulting practice. Mr. Burgess holds degrees in mechanical and mining engineering and has 40 years' experience in the mining industry. He has been engageed in consulting since 1980. His prior experience includes senior positions in the copper industry of Zambia and gold mining in South Africa. In Zambia, he held management positions with both technical and production responsibility. In South Africa, he was responsible for teh introduction of mechanized systems to the gold mines of Anglo-American Corporation in the Orange Free State. As as consultant, Harry has worked extensively throughout the world and has particular experience in the valuation and monitoring of mining projects for banks and finnacial instiutions. In Argentina, Mr. Burgess managed and contributed to a team carrying out a due diligence review of teh bajo de la Alumbrera open-pit copper-gold mine. He was also project manager for the review and subsequent monitoring of the Cerro Vanguardia gold project, Santa Cruz province, Argentina, on behalf of a syndication of lending banks. Mr. Burgess sits on the board of Amerix Precious Metals Corporation, a TSXV listed company, and Vena Resources Inc., a TSX listed company. Harry was on the the board of Absolut resources Corp from September 2004 until its amalgamation with Aquiline in April 2008.
Ken Thomas – Director
Dr. Thomas is currently Global Managing Director at Hatch, a leading international engineering and construction firm. He served from 1987 to 2001 in progressively senior roles at Barrick Gold Corporation (“Barrick”), from Vice President, Metallurgy to Senior Vice President, Technical Services. At Barrick, he had direct responsibility for the research and development, engineering, construction and commissioning of mine surface plants and infrastructure, including the Goldstrike autoclave and roaster facilites. His knowledge of South America is extensive, both through mine building for Barrick and Hatch, and also having served as the Executive Vice President, Operations and Chief Operating Officer for Crystallex International Corporation from 2003 to 2005 with operations in Venezuela and Uruguay. In addition to his doctorate in Technical Sciences from Delft University of Technology (Netherlands, 1994), he has been the recipient of numerous industry awards for mining, metallurgy and engineering. These awards include Mill Man of the Year in 1991, Airey Award in 1999 and the Selwyn G. Blaylock Medal in 2001, awarded by the Canadian Institute of Mining, Metallurgy and Petroleum.
Dennis Gibson - Chief Financial Officer
Dennis holds a Bachelor of Commerce from Concordia University and is a Certified General Accountant. Throughout his 25 year career, he has held various senior financial positions. Most recently, Dennis served as the Vice President, CFO and Corporate Secretary of Vector Intermediaries Inc., a company listed on the TSX Venture Exchange.
John Chulick - Vice President of Exploration
John joined Aquiline in 2005 as an Exploration Manager and has since become Vice President of Exploration. He is a seasoned exploration geologist with over 22 years experience in Latin America, most significantly with low sulfidation epithermal precious metals deposits in Chile and Argentina. His previous management experience includes directing surface and underground exploration at Meridian Gold's El Peñón Mine in northern Chile.
Daniel Noone - Vice President of Peruvian Operations
Dan holds of Bachelor of Science (Graduate) in Geology and a Masters in Busuiness Administration. Mr. Noone has 15 years experience in mineral exploration and has worked in Peru since 1997. From 1998 until 2001 Dan managed exploration in Peru for Homestake Mining. He was involved in the discovery of the Sinchao polymetallic skarn system for El Misti Gold in 1997 and also identified a number of high quality exploration plays including the Antaña gold project, acquired and drilled by NDT Resources in 2001. Dan was President and CEO of Absolut Resources Corp until its amalgamationwith Aquiline in April 2008.
Flora Wood - Vice President of Investor Relations
Flora has 12 years of Investor Relations experience, is a former broker. Prior ot joining Aquiline, she was Corporate Secretary and Investor Relations Manager for Harris Steel Group Inc. until its takeover in 2007. She has an MA and Levels 1 and 2 of the Chartered Technical Analyst designation.
G. Michael Hobart - Corporate Secretary
Michael is a partner at Fogler, Rubinoff LLP, where he has practised corporate and securities law since 2002. Prior to joining Fogler, Rubinoff, he was a partner of Aylesworth LLP from 1998. Michael holds a B.A from McGill University and a LL.B. from the University of New Brunswick. He has held directorships and senior officer positions with several junior mineral exploration companies in Canada.

Dean Williams - Chief Geologist
Dean has over 23 years experience in international precious and base metal exploration in South America. He worked as Senior Geologist in Argentina and Chile for Barrick Gold for eight years and has consulted to several mid-tier mining companies. Dean holds a BSc in geology and an MBA. He is very field oriented with specialties in mapping, geochemical prospecting and the integration of geological data to develop exploration models and identify exploration targets.
Matthew Andrews - Environmental Manager
Matthew has 13 years experience in undertaking, managing, and evaluating environmental baseline and impact studies in remote areas throughout Argentina and Australia. Prior to his position with Aquiline, Matthew operated an environmental consulting company based in Argentina and has extensive experience with the environmental permitting process. matthew has completed international level environmental baseline studies and has been responsible for the environmental impact assessment of major mining projects. He previously completed an air quality study for the Navidad Project before joining Aquiline as Environmental Manager.
Damian Spring – Chief Mining Engineer
Damian brings to Aquiline more that 15 years of mining engineering and management experience. Most recently he was a providing a consulting service to both underground and open pit mines. Prior to this he was Senior Mine Engineer at the Ohai opencast coal mine in New Zealand, where he was responsible for all technical aspects of the mining operation. This included geology, geotechnical, scheduling, mine design, contract monitoring, environmental management and sample analysis. Other experience includes Project Manager - Development in a high rock stress regime of the 6 to 11 level expansion at the Perseverance Mine (WMC Resources Ltd.) and Underground Mine Manager of the Bullen Decline (Central Norseman Gold Corporation), among others. Damian holds a B.E. (Mining) degree; is a member of the AusIMM and holds a First Class Mine Manager Certificate from the state of Western Australia. Damian joined Aquiline in March 2008.
Alberto Messidoro - Manager Institutional Relations - Argentina
Alberto recently joined the company as Manager of Institutional Relations and is responsible for the overall management of our social programs in Aregentina. His most recent appointment was that of Manager, External Affairs for Minera Agua Rica, where he managed relationships with the media, government and local communities. Other experience includes Public Releations and Communication management positions for Bridgestone / Firestone, and a steel company called Acindar.
Sergio Kain - Senior Project Geologist, Navidad Silver Project
Sergio graduated from the National University of the South in 1995 and since then has had over 12 years experience in precious and base metal exploration, working on a number of projects throughout Argentina. In the past he worked for Sunshine Minerals before he began work on the Navidad Project.
Paco Solano - General Manager, Pico Machay Gold Project
Paco Solano has over 35 years experience in the Peruvian mining industry. Mr. Solano has a B.Sc in Geology and a M.Sc in Environmental Science from San Marcos University, Lima. His prior experience includes Chief of Exploration for Centromin, Operations Manager for Chavin Mines and Exploration Geologist at Minera Yanacocha.
Sarah Vaughan-Jackson - Communications Manager
Sarah has over 12 years business training and operations experience, and has been involved with client relationships for the past 5 years.
