If there is no other suitor,our shares should automatically convert to ARGO shares at the market price of the day of conversion..they convert at the bid price ,not the ask price,as far as I know ,so who knows ,what the share price of ARGO will be in December..

But Up until that point it will be a guessing game right down to the wire..

I can find out but if anyone knows please share,,what happens to the PDG shares at the moment of the deal closing..
