Good to see you posting..I have nothing to contribute these days..The slow markets suck the life out of me..I need excitement and instability..

These divvy stocks are great investments but boring as hell.

In the fall I will be balancing up the old ports again and cashing in what ever spec stocks are sucking hind tit..It is better to take the loss and reinvest in a winning divvy stock..at least you will recapture some return over time.I found this to be true in that last 5 years of doing this ..I should have been out of the spec stocks 10 years ago..

But have enough to get a new house with a built in granny flat for me and granny..Luckily don't need a mortgage ..Couldn't qualify..

Need a job..

maybe pickin' beer bottles would do it..
