As far as I can tell most of the gold sell off is coming from paper gold selling while the Chinese and the Indians continue to buy the metal..There are not traders but long term gold holders..and they may occasionally sell but mostly buy and hold..

Their time line is decades not years,...

So I see the long term outlook for gold as very positive.

But nothing is straight up so there will be buying and selling opportunities for the disciplined and patient.
