Let me act as the devil's advocate for a moment.

First of all I do own AGQ shares which I was extremely lucky, IMHO, to get @ 0.28. So I am not suffering the deep red of some of you who have been here longer. Nothing I can do to help there.

Now let's say I liked the potential of agq, had some deep pockets (which is not really my case) & wanted to get into it. Would I then not try to drive down the SP so I could get iin at the lowest level? And as I drive the SP down, any outstanding PP would most likely have to be negotiated lower - that's what happened here.

So is the current SP a result of greed on the new PP holders? That's what I am putting my nickel - sorry make that Silver - on. AGQ has lot's of indicated Ag in the ground. Market demand for Ag is outstripping supply. Come to your own conclussion of what will happen to the worth of this company in the not too distant future.

Two things may upset this future SP growth scenario.

1) World demand for Ag dries up or some other huge reserves are brought into play - not too likely on either for global growth is being fueled by China & India (vs USA) & it takes time to bring discovered resources into production.

2) AGQ is not for real - but I have seen vids & documentation so I do not believe that there is any fraud here (BRE-X is a distant memory).

So guys (& gals) I'm in for hanging on. But then again, please do your own DD & act accordingly. GLTA
