To know they 'barely missed it' insinuates they know where 'it' is. Clearly they didn't know this when they started the last drill program, and my question at a basic level was what has changed, what information have they received since then that makes everyone think 'they barely missed it' and that these results will be better? I wasn't trying to be argumentative, thanks for putting me on to the relevant posts, when I get time to sit and go through the archives here I will do some more reading.
