AurCrest changes name, 1:5 rollback

Pursuant to a resolution passed by shareholders Nov. 23, 2010, the company has consolidated its capital on a 1:5 basis. The name of the company has also been changed as follows.

Effective at the opening Dec. 3, 2010, the common shares of AurCrest Gold Inc. will commence trading on the TSX Venture Exchange and the common shares of Tribute Minerals Inc. will be delisted. The company is classified as a gold and base metal mining company.

Capitalization: unlimited shares with no par value of which 26,168,827 shares are issued and outstanding
