AURCREST ANNOUNCES PROPOSED OFFERING OF UP TO $2,000,000

AurCrest Gold Inc. is offering up to 10 million common shares priced at 20 cents per share for gross proceeds of up to $2-million. The corporation may pay finder's fees and/or commissions of up to 8 per cent in cash and compensation warrants to acquire that number of common shares equal to 8 per cent of the number of shares subscribed for with each compensation warrant exercisable at a price of 20 cents per common share for a period of one year from closing.

The financing is subject to regulatory approval.
