I agree Cinema.

People who are negative on Tribute Aurcrest should ask themselves why. What happened that made them lose faith?

Tribute had a small drill program on the Sunday anomaly that missed the mark. Don't forget they took one shot at it with one final drill hole.

Perhaps they should have waited till they had the money for a more extensive drill program. However one drill that misses does not rule out mineralization.

The decision to form Aurcrest Gold was based on several considerations including:

1. The price of Gold and demand for Gold.

2. The fact they have excellent gold and base metals properties in the Red Lake area.

3. The fact they were aware of other properties such as those just staked that were prospective for Gold.

4. The fact that Companies that could be interested in buying into Tribute because of their Gold properties may not be interested in the base metals properties. Thus Tribute, as it stood, was not as attractive as it could be.

We should commend Ian for taking action and recognizing that now is the time to be in gold.

The base metals properties are no less valuable or prospective than they were prior to the consolidation.

It is likely that investors that have stayed with Tribute/Aurcrest will receive shares in a new base metals company that will be spun off.

Stay tuned....this was just the first of many news releases to come.
