Hi Rob.
One of the points of a Confidentiality Agreement is that we can’t disclose who we have them with. The largest number of CAs was reached in the spring of this year when we had 14 in place. The CAs have a term of one year. The main reason that companies have signed them is to be able to visit the site. Aurelian has always made a habit of publishing all of our drill data on our web site so that is public. Some of the companies have chosen not to renew as their agreements have come up over the past several months. I’m guessing here but one reason for that may be that the CA restricts them from owning more than 5% of our stock or making an unsolicited bid. So really, once the have visited our site you can understand how they may choose not to renew as that gives them more freedom.
Interest from the majors continues and we have had several site visits from different companies over the past few months.
I hope this helps. Please feel free to contact me directly in the future if you need any further information.
