I have taken part in a number of interviews over the years and it never ceases to amaze me that when it gets published there is always something that gets written that wasn't quite like I said it.
In this case maybe something like a "case by case basis" was said but it may have been said in a sense that until the mining laws are written, in order to get things going in a more expidited fashion, we will look at them in a case by case fashion. I'm just throwing it out there for thought but news reporters aren't always known to write word for word all the time.
Its not maybe 100% word for word what was said but it was said kind of. Same words diffferent spin and a fairly different meaning.
Just my opinion and partially based on some things Marla had said.
Glad today is over, tomorrows a new day. Look 6 months down the road and I am sure we will be content.
