Fellow Investors,

In other words Barrick extorted another 20 percent out of Nova Gold by threat of litigation. There is no way that they could have met all there obligations as per the contract dead line. They would not have settled for 50/50 if the could have. It looks to be a much better deal for Barrick than Novagold and shows that Barrick management has not changed one bit.
