All i'm saying was what Patrick Anderson told me at the conference.

My question was to him, since Barrick didn't sign a CA can they own up to 10 % of ARU,

his response was that they could actually own up to 20% by burying this in a news release that no one would likely see or pick up on. 

This came right from Patrick Anderson, contact IR and ask the question.
