Well said ARU has to be the intended target again.  Especially when it is written by the "Professor of Advanced Basher Stiudies" - the one and only - Alonso Soto.   

This is very much like the Brian Mulroney inquiry, the Liberal's intended target is really Stephen Harper.  Mulroney is yesterday's man, what is the point of crucifiying him unless they can stretch it to smear Harper.  Even though Harper wasn't even born yet at that time - politically speaking of course.
