Good luck on dealing with the OSC. I know the blantant manipulation of the SP is extremely annoying.

I'm afraid that you'll get ZERO satisfaction in dealing with these clowns. I've taken similar action in the past and basically after you provide them with lots of material (basically doing all the leg work for them) you'll receive a thankyou e-mail to the effect that they'll look into it and you'll never hear back from them again.
