Just read today's article in the Toronto Star series on the OSC (interview with David Wilson , CEO) and you just get a sense of the arrogance of this organization.  This character came from the investment banking sector after working there for 34 yrs.  I guess he needed a "retirement" bonus - It must be nice to get paid  $500K + annually for doing nothing.
