I think it is somewhat naive to trivialize such shinanigans that go on in the markets of the world and call us "whiners" when we voice our opinion about it. After all, it's only the whole world's financial system that is collapsing right now because of the rampant corruption/manipulation/fraud that goes on unchecked and un-punished every minute of the day.

Yes, John Embry and Jim Sinclair have voiced their disgust for the manipulations that go on  every day, especially with regard to junior gold stocks. You correctly state that they are not "whining" about it, I only ask that you grant us little people here, the same consideration, when we talk about the manipulations of ARU and free-markets in general...
