This windfall tax seems to contradict everything we have read up to this point. Is this factored in the negotiations between the various companies and the government that was reported last Friday?

Consider that this came from Alonzo Soto I always have reservations about its accuracy. This reporter has been very bias in his views in the past. Besides what is the threshold for this windfall tax? $1,000 per oz. for gold per se?

I think more details are need but I know this would have created a panic already.
