If so this guy Soto has done it again.  He has deliberately use confusion to create a panic.  However, every time he pulls something like this, news breaks.  Could this be the last hurrah for the MMs

Again a clarification NR out of ARU would go a long way.  Maybe even some sort of clarification from the horses mouth but that's unlikely at this point in time - I'm sure all the politicians are off for the holidays (another reason for Soto to put this crap out at this juncture - he knows nothing will come out to refute his BS until Jan)
