I have mentioned this before, I asked Patrick Anderson this question in person; if without signing a CA can a company such as Barrick own 10% of ARU without publicly announcing it.
His reply was that they could actually own close to 20% without many people knowing by hiding it serepticiously in a news release possibly about another company and stay within the rules.
