You have made some good points that not all the movements in a stock are manipulation. Some of it is the market but it is well documented the games that are played with the junior gold stocks. From naked shorting before a financing to walking the price up or down. Some of the tactics are legal and some are clearly not. They get away with it because the regulators look the other way. It is a cozy system.
