Just to elaborate on the effect of the CPI escalation on the base price

Over a 10 year period the CPI might escalate 30-40%

If ARU negotiated a $1000 base price

In 10 years that same base would be in the $1300-$1400 range

A $1500 base could escalate to the $2000-2100 range

(ballpark figures only)
