If the negotiations produce a clean 5% royalty with no windfall tax.
I dare say a few months ago some might have balked at 5% thinking it was on the high side, but when the gov't comes in strong up front, a fair negotiated deal in the end will seem like a godsend.
I'm not blowing off the WT, I'm just saying there is a lot of negotiating to go through in the next few weeks. It's always darkest just before dawn.
