The next step demands forming a JV or an outright sale to a major. This is an impossibility until the government signs agreements or passes legislation which allows a major to commit to investing in these mining projects on a sound financial basis. Investment in jobs & infrastructure hangs in the balance as well as a revenue stream for government coffers. Joltin
