I believe that this is a crucial time for ARU, while they are sitting down to negotiations with the Correa government...

This is not the time to "stir the pot" with any casual comments by IR that might be taken wrong....just sit tight and keep your mouth closed would be good advice from the upper management to all its employees at this point!

 Just my thoughts on the bargaining process,
