Personally I would much rather take the paper of a major & have the choice as to timing of a sale.  2nd choice wud be cash.  3rd wud be to end up with the paper of an expl. co. with a ton of cash.  I guarantee this wud trade at a discount to value because of the number of holders looking to cash in.
