My background is in the brokerage business & it's up to the buyer to find out who the seller might be. "Caveat emptor" The broker is not allowed to advertise the name of the seller. The buyer may figure it out. He will know within 1 month.any way. In a secondary offering everyone knows the name of the seller. Not in this case.
