I looked at it earlier today and just about choked. 0.6g/t Au and 0.1% Cu means they have a rock value of about $20/tonne and they have to mill and process this by floatation and hope to make money. It will be tight.
Its an example of a project that isn't going to go anywhere if Ecuador puts in heavy royalties, heavy taxes and of course a windfall tax. Marginal to start and it would only get worse. It will be interesting to see how this plays out for them.
