If I was going to sell 800K shares to a company I owned I would not go through a brokerage to do it....I would deliver the signed certificates to the stock transfer agent directly !!

I think we are all trying to read too much into this sale by Patrick. He sold 20% of his stock to buy a house....I just hope the house wasn't in FLORIDA !!
