DOES ANYONE KNOW WHEN NEGOTIATIONS BEGAN???

I don't know when he placed an order to sell the stock. I'm assuming it took more than 1 or 2 weeks to find a buyer therefore he did this before entering into negotiations. That being the case the outcome of negotiations has no bearing on PA's actions.

I'm getting tired of the subject. I guess individuals have to decide to hang in or run for the hills.
