FWIW - Bedard has a credibility rating of 0 (Zero).  Until he accomplishes something I would not believe anything that he would state verbally (just going by his track record with PLE over the last 24 months).  If I really was desperate for an opinion on what is going on in Ecuador I would consult with my dog before asking this buffoon.   Better yet give Marla a call - she's likely orders of magnitude better qualified to tell you what's going on.
