The government final new law will not even be voted on until mid July or later....so no deal will be final before that.

As I have stated in posts before I feel any offer for FDN will be contingent upon upproval of acceptable mining laws by the government of Ecuador. A deal might be arranged but no money /stock will pass hands until after this summer....

I also don't feel that ARU will want to "upset" the government by selling the project before the government has finalized the new law.
