These plans are just to get under the skin of the majors that would rather develop the mine in their own way. The more ARU plans the more it bothers the majors and the quicker they will want to get their hands on this baby and put their own stamp on it.

Also, Anderson selling 20% is another bargaining chip. When someone says he must want to take an offer and be getting some cash out of this project soon he can say...not really, I have plenty. I can wait to develop this mine and get some more then....

It must be grating the majors every step along this road.
