This was a great part of this release. The tone of the negotiations regarding royalties, taxes etc. appears to be excellent from the wording in this release. ARU seems very confident in reaching a win/win with the government. At the very least this thing should pop to 12-13 right away when the draft law is complete in March. After that there is only major upside regardless of what happens.
