U.S. Windfall Tax.

While the tone on this board has been guided very negative over the last little while with the use of clever propoganda.

For those posters claiming unstable politics and tax grabs and wishing this play had been found in the US or Canada.

Well for your information the U.S. slapped a windfall tax on oil companies from 1980 - 88 and are in the process of looking at putting them back on along with other taxation schemes. U.S. corporate tax rate is 40% and had a high of 46% at one point.

Canada is the highest taxed country in the world.

Therefore for those posters who are crying over nothing but rumours in the corrupt press on possible Ecuador taxation policy. You do not need to go all the way down to South America to find banana republics. You live in one hahahahahaha.
