Dont take comfort in them not doing a trade because of reputatuion or jail time.

If this thing turns out to be a dud because the govt wont do a deal, PA will not care about his reputation, and he wont be going to jail.

No one will prosecute and PA will have sold 800,000 shares and kept the money.

End of story.

I'm not saying that the deal is going south, but I'm concerned about the timing and there is no comfort in integrity because none off us no the insiders well enough to say that and as for anything illegal, you can prove nothing.
