I'm getting tired of the subject & I suspect most of the readers would agree but here goes.

ARU has a mkt. cap. of $1.1bill.  If they issued $75 to $100. mill it would be less than 10% of the total.  No one has ever suggested it would be good for us poor little shareholders unless we ended up developing the mine.  My experience tells me management barely thinks of the poor little shareholder.  The money does not disappear.  It remains as a company asset.  The bottom line is you will get $28. rather than $30. per share because of the additional shs.   So who cares what management does!!
