Arudra17....Thanks for providing the link....The conference is very enlightening and Patrick does a great job of explaining what is going on....

The best comment I got from the conference is that by May 24th the government has told ARU management that the stability agreement will be completed ! ( at least 80 to 90 %)

I strongly recommend that all listen to the half hour presentation.
