The only plausible answer left is that the insiders could be looking at ARU as fully priced at around the $8 level. At least for a while anywAy, that is why they are selling in droves.
I forwarded the CIBC link to a private investor friend of mine on the weekend and this gentleman has nvever heard of ARU previously. After he listened to the Patrick Anderson presentation he send back an analysis stating that:
1. ARU is fully priced as it is,
2. the political concerns, when resolved, will not boost the share price substantially, and
3. that ARU does plan on going into production.
HE DOES NOT EVEN KNOW ABOUT THE RECENT INSIDER SELLINGS AT THE $8 LEVEL! As well, he is not aware of the potential buyout we are hoping for and have been discussing all along.
I don't agree with his analysis, but with another insider selling 300,000 shares, the fully priced at $8 scenario may be one of the plausible reasons.
