www.hcjb.org is a church organization that has been in Ecuador for many years. I tried the website but can't get through. Probably power failure at some of the servers in that part of the world. HCJB has been there since the early 1930's, I think. As a young fellow I remember my parents sent donations to them to help people in South America, especially after an earthquake or flood. They run a small hospital in or near Quito.
The site in the U.K. is accessible. or you might try a Salvation Army office or website. This is the International website There is a site in Ecuador, it's accessible, but is not in English.
