The drop in share price is tied to the announcement of these appointments because these new directors have experience in financing and developing mines. The avg shareholder isnt interested in hearing about Aurelian going into the mining business. They are interested in hearing about how Aurelian is purchased by a mining company for a great premium to the current SP. IMO
