I personally don't think this whole topic is of too much importance to most people here and there is not much  ( like nothing) you can do about it anyway...except deal with it or move on to a stock you feel is not manipulated ( which you won't find based on your criteria).

People want to buy stocks on the cheap and sell on the high....call it human nature or greed or smart.....it is all a game......for every seller there is a buyer.....and your stock is only worth what you can get for it when you want to sell it !!!
