IMO Games can be played in penny stocks because of the total amount of money involved. 100,000 shs. at .40 is only $40,000. & you could be involved in distribution or accumulation. You pick it.
In the case of ARU 100,000 shs. is over $900,000. Now this is real money!! If you buy you have to pay for it. If you sell you have to deliver the stock (either borrow to cover a short or deliver your own stock).
