Because of double counting & the unwinding of positions by pro traders who bot over the past 2 weeks in anticipation of a price rise, insider sales could be between zero & 2 mill.  It's quite possible there was some instit. selling.  I guess we'll have to wait until the report comes out.  You are right about no conspiracy!!
