Blaming Marla for the delay in negotiations is nothing but blaming the messenger. She is not on the negotiating team and hence not accountable for the delays. I am as frustrated as the next guy that this will drag on for another month and give the manipulators more time to play this weekly "pump & dump" game.

If you want to lay blame, find out who is the head of the ARU negotiation team and give him a piece of your mind.
