TRANSACTIONS WITH RELATED PARTIES
"The Condor project in south-eastern Ecuador (“the Property”) plus future properties acquired within one
kilometre of the boundaries of the owned properties plus certain defined Conceptual Concessions (if
acquired) are subject to royalties to Patrick Anderson (an officer and a director of the Company) and Keith
Barron (a director of the Company) ranging from 1% to 2% of future net sales returns, net smelter returns
and net smelted products. The royalties were granted in 2003 in connection with the Company’s
acquisition of the Property."
