"Aurelian Resources Inc. director Joseph Hamilton exercised 200,000 options for company common shares at $1.02 each on Feb. 28, 2008. He sold all of these shares on Feb. 28 and Feb. 29, 2008 at prices ranging from $9 to $9.01. His total common share holdings after these transactions was zero. Mr. Hamilton still owns 200,000 options for common shares."
