You can pretty well be assured that if a sector like gold has a down day the MOC orders for those stocks will be sell orders thus the lower price of $8.95. Closing quote $8.95 to $9.04

Then have a look at Natl. Bk. Because financials had a good day you wud expect MOC orders wud be buys & sure enough that is the case. Closing quote $49.42 to $42.59 & MOC orders were at $42.59.

If you think you are capable or lucky you can sometimes fine tune your trades to take advantage of this info & maybe make a few more cents.
