I also wonder how much time would have been involved in staying on the board...not a lot....

I know that Keith is into three? new private companies and they are requiring capital to get them off he ground.

I do have one observation from last years AGM. For two guys that have worked with each other since day one on this project (Patrick and Keith) there was no closeness....Keith was having problems at the front desk re getting voting rights for all his shares and Patrick finally came to see what the problem was....The tone was business like, and not overly congenial. No hand shaking, hugs, where have you been etc....and during the AGM Patrick was at the front of the room and Keith at the back...So perhaps there has been a distancing between them over the years..

Of course the crew is travelling to the European Gold show this week and not easily available for comment. Hmmmm. Timing is everything.

However, looking at this from face value, it's another signal to those interested in buying this baby....start counting your money, and shine up your bidding paddle. This turkey is cooked and Patrick's sharpening the knife.

What I'm hoping this is NOT signalling: no spinoff.
