It isnt strange that the new chairman of the board is making the announcment as it is only appropriate for the chairman to comment.

I agree that it is strange that they dont have a comment from PA as long time partner and president.

Perhaps they "agreed to disagree"

I sit on a board now and in the past was on two boards and its interesting watching people not get along. sometimes over the smallest and strangest things.

We have been witness to silly bickering on this forum. I guess it isnt silly to the ones doing the bickering though.
